the thought that other work that needs to be done could be done in two weeks some times people have to budget for truck repairs and when something crops unexpectaly how can we just bring ourtruck in to be fixed.some things are so out of price control of us as to think someone can drop $1600+ and do so again in two weeks is outragious as that is what the people asked for so told them the earlies it could be thought of is the end of september other than that the labor rate is alful high but the mechanic ic a vet so is my husband so they like to stick together...

There is nothing to improve. The service I have got there over the years has been exceptional and without fault. The best service I have ever received at an automotive shop. Actually, I believe it is the best sevice I have received at any service industry.

Shuttle service was great and you were done on time. Cant think of anything needing improvement at htis time. You have great personable staff.

The friendliness of the staff at Gears Plus is beyond reproach. I was a bit disappointed when I found out that a filter was not replaced last year when I had an engine cooling flush done but to be fair the mechanic was working on my 40' motor home and may not have known that the filter existed. I am grateful that the filter will be replaced this year.
