as usual the service was prompt and very friendly. I was greeted by name and made to feel very welcome. The work was completed ahead of the promised time and I like the fact that when an inspection is done you are always informed of items that need to be done at the next service appointment.

I liked the talks I've had with the staff The staff is friendly and want your experience there to be a good one. What I would like to see is the staff working as a real team and not just going through the motions. This comment only applies to just a few that I've seen.
