NAPA AutoPro - Gears Plus took care of us. NAPA had us towed fee of charge, spent time writing down details of the car problems and my experience to assess the problem. Gave us time and money that they could possible spend finding the problem...really appreciate that. I was able to make decision based on those estimates. NAPA AutoPro - Gears Plus really did things well. My experience was great and there is no improvement necessary.

Friendliness and organization of overall business and staff, great customer service!. The fact that your business provides a shuttle for customers. The details and explanation of tech analysis is most appreciated and convenient. To be improved: when a light bulb is detected not working, either phone me to get approval to change it or just change it (in this recent case it was a burnt out brake light of which I shouldn't have left your shop with it out, just change it I will forgive you) and when you found my block heater cord not functioning, please phone me for quick approval to find the cause and I would approve fixing it (as the weather forecast was for -29) hence it is the North and I do need the block heater and would like it fixed while in your shop without the inconvenience of another appointment and/or not being able to start my truck. Thx
