I love that everyone always remembers my name, the front end girls are SO friendly and really make you feel like part of the family!!

I've been a Napa customer for 5 years, they are the only ones I let touch my truck because I know there will be no headaches after I leave. When it's done its done. I would like to see them in a new spot tho, a place with a bigger parking lot, it would also be sweet if they had a wheel aliner and balancer at their shop.

I enjoyed the way I was treated, and how promptly service was completed. The staff was friendly and entertaining while I was waiting. At the same time they were very professional and thorough. They kept me informed and made sure I knew what was happening. They carefully explained why I needed the service they were providing.

Jeff took the out of his busy schedule to sit and visit and was interested in how my wife and I were doing. Talked about when I first had work done there in 1998 and have watched Jeff and his family grow as well as his business grow. Jeff and all of his staff are community oriented look after their customers , treat them with respect as they would there own family and close friends this is what I like and is important for business . It's people like myself and my family that makes a service succeed and last I our ever changing society ..

The staff is always so friendly. They greet you by name and make you feel very welcome. The service is fast and friendly as well and they always provide you with a list of things that will need to be done soon with an estimate of what it will cost so that you are not surprised when you bring your vehicle in.
